Julius James has spent the last 25+ years dedicated to Human Resources. He started as an HR generalist but began specializing in the area of talent, leadership & executive development. In addition to being a seasoned executive coach, he has designed and run award winning high potential talent programs both in the US and abroad. Julius is a familiar face on the European leadership development speaking circuit. Julius has lived in Australia, UK, Canada, and Hong Kong. He has worked for companies such as: Charles Schwab, Moody's, UBS, Gallo Winery, Time Warner (HBO, Warner Bros., Turner) and Merryck & Co. From these experiences he has developed an insightful perspective on how HR can partner with business in developing talent and the next generation of leaders.
